Terms of use

Effective October 5, 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and South Park Test. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

South Park Test offers an entertainment personality quiz (the South Park test), a free character result and an optional paid full report. Results compare your answers with profiles we wrote for fictional characters. They are for fun only, not a scientific or psychological assessment, and should not be used to make decisions about yourself or others. South Park Test is an independent, unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by South Park Studios, Comedy Central or Paramount. South Park and its characters are trademarks of their respective owners and are referred to only to describe quiz results.

Accounts

You can take the test and see your free result without an account. To buy a full report you sign in with Google or an email link so the purchase is saved to your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity in your account and must notify [email protected] of suspected unauthorized use.

Payment

A full report is a one-time purchase that unlocks the report for one finished test. The price is shown before checkout, in USD; tax may be added where applicable. Occasionally we may offer a reduced price for a specific result; such an offer applies only to that result and only for the stated period. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Stripe processes payments, and the report unlocks once Stripe confirms the payment. Refunds follow our refund policy and mandatory consumer law; a refunded or disputed purchase removes access to that report.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, including by automating submissions, scraping, interfering with security or rate limits, or reverse engineering protected systems. We may suspend access for abuse.

Intellectual property

The statements, profile descriptions, scoring and design of South Park Test belong to us. You may share your own result for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Availability and changes

Questions, profiles, scoring and features may change. We may pause the service for security, maintenance, legal or operational reasons and do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
